Required forms for the 2018-19 academic year are to be completed and returned to the Seton main office after August 6, 2018 and no later than Friday, August 24, 2018. Please print out, complete, sign, and return the following required SIX FORMS:

STUDENT SUPPLY LISTS 2018-19
Student Supply List 2018-19 Kindergarten:
Kindergarten parents pay a fee of $75 in lieu of purchasing school supplies. This fee will include all school supplies (pencils, crayons, markers, scissors, etc.); paper, plastic, & cleaning products; as well as craft supplies for the year.
Students will need 1 backpack (no wheels) that will fit in the child’s locker, a water bottle, and a BATH towel for rest time.
