Seton Science Olympiad and Science Club
Science Olympiad Team Seton at the State Competition at Ohio State University in April. Congratulations for an award-winning season!
Science Club is for 4th and 5th grade students who love science and love to experiment. Meetings are on Mondays from 3:30 – 4:30 P.M. in Mrs. Wright's classroom 4A, starting in October and ending in March. Parent help and support is crucial to the success of this program and there are opportunities both with and without science and/or student contact.
Science Olympiad is for 6th - 9th grade students who are willing to study their science topics at least 3 hours a week, work well on a team, like to have fun, and love science. Practices will be determined individually, and competitions are all day on many Saturdays. The last competition is in April.
"What is it that makes Seton so great? Is it the ease and warmth in the way administration, faculty and staff greet the parents anytime of the day? The ability of faculty or administration to discipline effectively and move on with the student's integrity intact? The exchange of a greeting from a student to a parent in the hallway? Or that there is genuine laughter, happiness and pre-teen giddiness coming from the middle school hallway? It is all of these things and much more!" - Seton Parent
