Dear Friends,
It is with great enthusiasm I begin my role as principal of Seton Catholic School. My goal is to build upon the solid foundation that has been established and nurtured by our founding families, Sr. Marie Damicone and Mr. Harry Selner, former principals, and all past and present Seton Catholic School families. This is a responsibility I assume with the utmost respect and pride.
As a nationally recognized U. S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon School of Excellence and a Catholic School of Tomorrow award recipient, Seton Catholic School has been identified as an exemplary Catholic elementary school. In the upcoming academic year, more than 430 students will pass through the doors each day to pray, learn, and grow together. They will be greeted by a staff of 47 professional men and women who are dedicated to Catholic education. These students will come from families who value spiritual development and academic excellence and who wholeheartedly support the mission of Seton Catholic School. It will be a joy to work with our students, staff members, and parents each day.
The 2011-12 school year will be one of new beginnings for me and for the Seton Catholic School community. I eagerly look forward to the journey that lies ahead of us. I am committed to the guiding principles of Seton Catholic School: spiritual development, academic excellence, responsibility to self, and service to others. May God’s blessings be upon all of the members of our community. I am honored to be leading this fine school and encourage you to learn more about the unique Seton experience and spirit.
With God’s Blessings,
